Yoga Training Camp at Shri Balaji Mahila P.G. College
A motivational yoga training camp was held on the grounds of Shri Balaji Mahila P.G. College on September 21, 2024. The camp’s objective was to assist students in comprehending the significance of yoga in their day-to-day lives. Movement, breathing, and meditation were the three primary components that were emphasised during the camp. The camp’s primary focus was on the principles of yoga, with an emphasis on how yoga brings the body and mind together.
In their explanation, the trainers noted that yoga has benefits for both physical and mental health, including the following:
