Admission Criteria for undergraduate Program

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

For B.A. 1st Year Applicants

To apply for the B.A. 1st Year program, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

• Aadhar Card
• Bonafide Certificate
• 10th Mark Sheet: Submit the original mark sheet along with a copy for our records.
• 12th Mark Sheet: Provide both the original and a copy of your 12th mark sheet.
• Transfer Certificate (T.C.): We require the original transfer certificate along with a copy.
• Character Certificate (C.C.): Please submit the original character certificate.
• Caste Certificate: An attested copy of your caste certificate is necessary.
• Migration Certificate: If you are coming from a board other than Rajasthan BSER, a migration certificate is required.
• Photographs: Attach a colored photograph to your admission application form and include three extra colored photographs as per the specified requirements.

Compulsory and Optional Subjects

As part of the B.A. 1st Year curriculum, the following subjects are compulsory:

• Hindi
• English
• Computer
• Environmental Studies

In addition to these, you can choose any 3 subjects from a range of following optional
subjects to tailor your education to your interests:

• Hindi Literature
• English Literature
• Sanskrit Literature
• Political Science
• Sociology
• Economics
• History

Admission Criteria for Post Graduate Program

Master of Arts (M.A.)

M.A. Previous Admission Criteria:

To apply for the M.A. First Year program, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

• 10th Mark Sheet: Submit the original 10th mark sheet along with a copy for our records.
• Graduation Mark Sheet: Provide both the original and a copy of your graduation mark sheet. This is a crucial requirement as it verifies your eligibility for the postgraduate program.
• Transfer Certificate (T.C.): The original transfer certificate, along with a copy, must be submitted to confirm your previous institution.
• Character Certificate (C.C.): An original character certificate is required to demonstrate your conduct and behavior during your prior studies.
• Caste Certificate: If applicable, provide a verified copy of your caste certificate.
• Migration Certificate: If you are joining from an institution outside of University of Rajasthan a migration certificate is required to facilitate your transition.
• Photographs: Your admission application form should include coloured photographs as specified, along with three additional coloured photographs.

Note: Before submitting any original mark sheets to the college office, we strongly advise you to keep photocopies for your records. Original mark sheets will be returned to you after university verification.
